Regulatory Fees: All FMCSA or government filing fees are non-refundable.
Pre-Pickup Cancellations: Refunds are available, less a processing fee of $100.
Post-Pickup / Pre-Transit: Refunds available only for unearned charges; customer is responsible for return/cancellation costs plus processing fees.
In-Transit Shipments: Once cargo is in carrier possession, no refunds will be issued unless retrieval is successful.
Delay/Damage Claims: Must be filed within 30 calendar days of delivery. Carrier claims will be processed per governing regulations.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 15–20 business days to the original payment method.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
